Bear in mind that although we have tried to be exceedingly accurate in our transcription, the covenants you are bound by are those on file in the Plat Cabinet Records of Fairfield County. We cannot warrant any of these online records and they are provided only for your convenience. They do not include any easements that may exist on your property.

To access your specific deed restrictions, first determine your lot number, and then click on either the Filed Location URL, if it is available, to see a transcription of the deed restrictions for that phase, or on the individual page numbers, to see a photograph of that page of the deed restrictions. If your lot number is not shown in the following table, please consider providing us with a copy of your deed restrictions so that we can make our archive complete.
